Explanation of the content of JEPP Standard listings.

Most JEPP Standard title listings contain all the information that you will need, or all information that we have. In some cases our internal database contains additional information or more recent information. Paid subscribers may request our help. Those who see these pages without paying may also query us but JEPP will usually not reply. Your query will be turned over to IMC (imcbook.net) or other bookseller; they will usually reply only if they can sell you the book. Research assistance may be available at a price.
If you are an author, publisher, or know details that JEPP has missed, JEPP will much appreciate hearing from you so that we can improve our data.

We have now added Amazon.com links to ISBNs.  Excellent for finding more information and for buying.
Also added is a Google Search box. Copy a title, ISBN, publisher name or other into the Google box. Often results in finding useful links and additional information.

Pub.Date BOOK:
1999 = Published in 1999. ? = unknown
199? = Published between 1990 and 1999, probably.
19?? = Published between 1900 and 1999, probably.
2004 1985 = This edition published 2004; earlier or original publication in 1985.
PERIODICAL (magazine, journal, annual):
If two dates, one is for recent edition and the older date is for first edition.
Type b = book/monograph.
Periodicals are indicated by issues-per-year: 12=monthly, 4=quarterly, 1=annual, etc.
ISBN, ISSN ISBN = International Standard Book Number and is formated with three hyphens. Example: 4-444-44444-4. For more info on the ISBN see http://isbntools.com.
ISSN = International Standard Serial Number. A few publications, such as a mook or books in a series may carry both an ISBN (book) and an ISSN (series)
Price US$ ($) and Japanese Yen (Y) are the preferred currencies used; however, JEPP also lists Hong Kong Dollars (HK$), British Pounds (L),  Euro (E), etc.
As JPGS does not sell publications it makes no effort to present "current commercial price". Prices shown thus tend to be old and take no account of S/H, taxes, and other considerations.
Size (mm, w x h) Publication size is shown in millimeters, width by height. In case of hardcover books, page size is measured, not cover size. As diferent printings of the same publication may be slightly different in size, the information give is close but not absolute.
Weight (g) Grams.
Pages A page is a page. The JEPP page count may vary slightly from publisher's catalog page count.
Comment Some listings contains additional details or comment. These are not to be considered reviews.
Publisher In most cases there is a link to basic publisher details. Some publishers have been lost.
